How to make an appointment
Emergency Same Day Appointments
Patients requiring on the day appointments are asked to phone as close to 8:30 am Monday – Friday.
You will be asked the reason for your appointment and your telephone number.
A clinician will then call you back to discuss the issues you may have.
If a face-to-face appointment is deemed necessary, this will be made for you by the clinician.
Out of Hours Surgery
Between 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 pm Monday – Friday we share “out of hours surgery” with Barlow House Surgery, Milford Haven to cover patients of both practices.
This is for emergencies only and only one doctor is available.
Surgery Opening Hours
The Surgery is open Monday-Friday during the following hours:

Urgent Appointments
Urgent appointments are available throughout the day. These appointments are reserved for genuine emergencies which have arisen in the previous 24 hours and cannot wait for the next available appointment.
We would ask you, please do not abuse this system, as this results in genuine emergency treatment being delayed.
Please phone as close to 8:30 a.m to book one of these appointments and please bear in mind that some days when demand is higher they may go quickly.
Your appointment will either be with a GP or with an Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
